Lithuanian accelerator Firstpick has invested in Finfra, founded by Latvian Reinis Simanovskis and Estonian Markus Prommik. The startup, which has developed a financial solution for underbanked companies in Southeast Asia, raised $2.5M in investments from Singapore-based Cento Ventures, US-based Accion Venture Lab, South Korea's Z Venture Capital, Silicon Valley-based Hustle Fund, and the founder of Polish fintech Avafin Matiss Ansviesulis. 

Lithuanian second-hand clothing company Vinted has raised €340M in a secondary share sale, reaching its valuation of €5Bln. The round was led by US investment firm TPG Tech Adjacencies , with participation from London-based VC Hedosophia, Edinburgh-based asset manager Baillie Gifford, New York-based VCs Invus Opportunities, FJ Labs, Manhattan Venture Partners and Moore Strategic Ventures. All of Vinted's existing institutional investors of Vinted, including EQT, Accel, Burda Principal Investments, Insight Partners, Lightspeed, Sofina, and Sprints, have remained in the company.

Lithuanian The Nter Asset Management , through its Alternative lenders and private equity fund, has acquired 80% of Lithuanian technology company Orion Leasing for €2.5M.

Lithuanian Mano Daktaras, which operates the online doctor's appointment portal manodaktaras.lt , has acquired Lithuanian Digibitas, which operates the patient feedback platform pincetas.lt . 

Lithuanian provider of field service management software provider Frontu  (formerly Tasker) has been acquired by German long-term investor and growth accelerator Everfield.

Lithuanian AI-powered platform WhiteBridge for online reputation management raised  $500K. Lithuanian accelerator and fund  Firstpick  was the lead investor in the pre-seed funding round. Lithuanian Scalewolf , Dutch First Degree Capital, and American Nectolabs also participated in the deal. 

Lithuanian network of business angels and startup board members NGL   is launching its operations in Latvia. The organization will help business representatives and private investors invest in promising startups and contribute their knowledge to the management of such companies.

Vilnius-based marketing analytics platform RedTrack has raised €2.9M in series A from lead investor Hungarian LeadVentures with participation from Lithuanian IronWolf Capital , Californian software developer InstaVC and angel investor from Budapest Balazs Gandera.

Lithuanian cybersecurity unicorn Surfshark has acquired California-based online privacy protection company Ironwall, which removes personal information from the Internet. Ironwall's solution protects businesses and governments from cyber and personal threats. Its clients include judges, social workers, law enforcement, healthcare organizations, financial institutions, and those who have been victims of stalking or domestic violence. Ironwall monitors websites and social media, making sensitive information such as home addresses and phone numbers unsearchable. According to the company, if an online platform refuses to remove a home address, Ironwall will take the case to court or the attorney general’s office.

Lithuanian renewable energy developer Green Genius has raised €100M from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), which will become a minority shareholder in the company. This is the first external equity investment for Green Genius. 

Lithuanian regtech AMLYZE has raised €2.35M in seed funding from Vilnius-based lead investor Practica Capital , with participation from Lithuanian FIRSTPICK, Coinvest Capital, which invested with CEO of Dokobit Gintas Balčiūnas, CEO and Chairman of DOJUS Group Donatas Dailide, and European Advanzia Bank. A syndicate of 33 business angels NGL also participated in the deal.

Lithuanian real estate technology platform Flanco has raised investment from a co-founder of a mobility platform Trafi Martynas Gudonavičius. The amount of the investment was not disclosed. According to the investor, he has joined Flanco as a significant shareholder. The size of the investment exceeds his average ticket size, which is about €30K- €50K.

Lithuanian AI-powered solution for sorting old LEGO bricks Sort a Brick has raised €1.15M in a pre-seed round from the lead investor Lithuanian VC and accelerator Firstpick with the participation from nine business angels, including a co-founder of Vinted Mantas Mikuckas. The deal includes €200K from Sort a Brick’s founders Ilya Malkin and Aurimas Slapsys.

UPD: Lithuanian Practica Capital also joined this round.  Lithuanian marketplace for selling and buying used car spare parts Ovoko , operating under the brand RRR, has raised €20M in Series B. Los Angeles-based Smash Capital was the lead investor in the deal. Smash Capital partner Brad Twohig has joined Ovoko's board of directors.

Estonian developer of a platform for general practitioners and patients Certific has raised €700K from Lithuanian VC and accelerator Firstpick, Estonian Change Ventures , Berlin-based HEARTFELT_VC, and previous investors.

Lithuanian fintech Kevin , which provides payment solutions to businesses, has been declared bankrupt by the Vilnius Regional Court. Five plaintiffs, including AV Holding doo, Lithuanian AWS partner Cloudvisor and a solution integrator TeraSky Baltic, filed for bankruptcy proceedings against Kevin. After reviewing the evidence, the court concluded that the Lithuanian startup is currently insolvent and unable to meet its financial obligations on time.

Lithuanian geospatial startup AISPECO has raised €1.45M from angel syndicate NGL , and existing investors Finnish investment manager Innovestor and Superhero Capital. The NGL angel syndicate, which includes investors such as Linas Sargautis, Andrius Rupšys, Indre Dargyte, Šarūnas Račkauskas, Skirmantas Mačiukas and others, has invested €423K.

Lithuania's Practica Capital has exited Lithuanian medtech Softneta , in which it invested €1M in 2016. Softneta has become part of a group of healthcare IT companies in a portfolio of funds advised by investor Bregal Unternehmerkapital. As part of the deal, MedDream, a Softneta portfolio company that develops medical devices for processing, visualizing, and transmitting diagnostic medical data, has been spun off to form MedDream UAB. 

Lithuanian startup Kloosive has raised investment from Startup Lithuania Accelerator powered by Plug and Play. The amount of the investment has not been disclosed. 

Lithuanian Contrarian Ventures has invested in Belgian AI-powered software for power grids Beebop.ai. Contrarian Ventures and London-based Angular Ventures led a $5,5М seed round.
