Telia Eesti has bought Estonian IT company Iglu , with which it has cooperated in developing several mobile solutions, including the Mobile-ID service. Now, in addition to telecommunications, IT and cybersecurity services, Telia will now be able to offer software development capabilities to customers through Iglu.

Estonian startup Clevon has been sold to US technology company Indigo Technologies . The amount of the deal was not disclosed, but negotiations on the sale started more than a year ago, when Clevon was looking for investments in the American market.

Latvian company Digmatix (formerly Digital Mind) has signed an agreement with Estonian technology company BCS Itera to acquire 100% of its shares. The deal will bring together two regional Microsoft solutions partners, helping to increase Digmatix's competitiveness in the region, as well as expand its solution offerings in the manufacturing, retail, financial and human resources sectors.

Estonian company XData Group has announced its plans to go public on the Nasdaq exchange in the first half of 2025. The company has already signed a definitive agreement with special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) Alpha Star Acquisition Corporation (Alpha Star) for a €158.3M merger.

Canadian software company Enghouse Systems has acquired Lithuanian mobility services platform Trafi . This is an exit for Lithuanian Practica Capital , Estonian BaltCap , British Octopus Investments and European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).

Lithuanian technology education startup Turing College has acquired British company Boom Training , which provides training services in various fields, including data analysis, management, marketing, etc.

Estonian software company Net Group is expanding its presence in Germany by acquiring  technology company Cloud Ahoi .

Estonian Bolt  has bought Danish startup Viggo  for an unnamed amount. This is the first acquisition in Bolt's history. 

Video Game Insights , a gaming industry analysis company, has announced that it has been acquired by US market research firm Sensor Tower . The amount of the deal and other financial details were not disclosed.

Lithuanian B2B marketplace for home appliances, electronics and DIY products eany.io has acquired Lithuanian startup Mentum AI . 

London-based private equity fund Bregal Milestone has acquired a majority stake in Estonian transportation technology company Ridango  from Estonian fund BaltCap . 

Estonian sports club software development company MOBY   has announced a merger with Estonian software development service provider HEISI . 

Israeli marketing software company Optimove has become the new owner of Estonian startup Adact . This is an exit for Estonian Business Angel Network  and Startup Wise Guys , which invested about $240K in Adact in several rounds. 

Alpha3D , an Estonian company developing an AI-powered 3D content creation platform, has acquired a Dutch AI-powered game development platform MoonlanderAI . 

Swedish lending company Clar   has acquired an Estonian fintech startup Fiizy . This is an exit for Nordic Secondary Fund , which invested in Fiizy in 2021. 

  Parcelsea , a developer of parcel vending machines and smart mailboxes, has sold its business to Ukrainian company Jetbeep. As a result of the deal, Jetbeep will receive the startup's intellectual property and customer contracts, while the Parcelsea team will join the new owner. 

Latvian company Mapon , part of the Draugiem Group, is expanding its Scandinavian business by acquiring 100% of shares in Interkom AB . 

Estonian influencer marketing platform Modash has acquired Promoty, another influencer platform with CRM tools. The acquisition was made possible after Modash raised  €11M in the fall of 2024. 

Lithuanian payments provider ArcaPay  was acquired by financial technology company Ebury .

Estonian FCR Media together with Norwegian 1881 Group and German Heise acquires SaaS provider Mono Solutions from German Bauer Media Group. The partners received equal shares in Mono Solutions.
