Estonian company Rentster, which develops software for automation and self-service, has changed its name to Autlio and pivoted. In addition, Taavi Lindmaa has joined the company as a co-owner and will lead the company's development and customer experience direction.

 Estonian-founded venture capital fund Plural has a new co-owner. Pierre-Dimitri Gore-Coty, former senior vice president of delivery at Uber, will join the company as a permanent partner in Paris, where Plural is opening its first office in France.

Estonian fund Darkstar has invested in Icelandic startup Stratis Intelligence . The amount of funding is unknown, but Darkstar said it is the fund's largest investment to date.
