Starship Technologies , a developer of autonomous delivery vehicles, has raised $50M in a Series C round. The round was led by Plural , with other participants including Karma, Latitude, Coefficient Capital, SmartCap, and Skaala.

Lithuania’s development bank ILTE and Latvia’s ALTUM have established the Baltic Capital Markets Acceleration Fund under the management of 1 Asset Management with total capital of over €50M.

Estonian startup Striga , which develops infrastructure for cryptocurrency payments, has been acquired by US payment platform Lightspark . The amount of the deal has not been disclosed. This is an exit for YCombinator , Rhombuz VC , and other investment companies that invested in Striga in 2021.

Tallinn-based eID Easy , a company that develops digital signature applications, announced that it has raised €2.4M in a seed round. The round was led by DeepIE Ventures with participation from Boole Investment Syndicate and other existing investors.

Lithuanian BSV Ventures has led a €1.2M pree-seed round for the Stockholm-based quantum technology company FirstQFM . Other investors include Almi Invest , Further than Capital , and Luminar Ventures .

Lithuanian cybersecurity startup CBRX (formerly Cyberalert) has raised €540K in a pre-seed round from Coinvest Capital , Scalewolf , Plug and Play Tech Centre , and Firstpick .

Estonian-founded venture capital fund Plural led a $8.3M Series A round for US cybersecurity company Arcjet . Other participants in the round included Ott Kaukver (former CTO of Twilio & Checkout.com) and existing investors Andreessen Horowitz, Seedcamp, Jeff Lawson (former CEO of Twilio) and Feross Aboukhadijeh (CEO of Socket).
