Lithuanian second-hand clothing company Vinted   has acquired Danish marketplace for second-hand fashion and lifestyle items Trendsales, founded in 2013 in Copenhagen by Mads Aaroe Mathiesen. With the acquisition, Vinted aims to leverage Trendsales' local knowledge and strong presence in Denmark to strengthen its business in the country.

  Lithuanian and UK-based developer of volumetric and spatial capture software, EF EVE Ltd , has been acquired by UK Djinn Technologies Ltd. Djinn, which specializes in volumetric and spatial camera sensor and scanning technologies, has acquired all the assets, patents, and intellectual property of EF EVE Ltd. As a result, the EF EVE's platform has been rebranded as SpatialScan3D.

Vilnius-based data analytics platform for gaming and app developers Devtodev was acquired by US-based unicorn AppsFlyer. 

Latvian marketing data analytics startup Roibox   was acquired by marketing technology company Jakala. According to public information, Jakala purchased 53% of the startup. Roibox’s founders saved their stakes.

Estonian Delfi Meedia acquired  the online platform Kalkulaator.ee , which helps make a salary, tax, credit, and car fuel consumption calculations, and gives various practical advice. The amount of the deal is undisclosed. 

Lithuanian developer of solar project design software PVcase  acquired US solar siting software platform Anderson Optimization . The amount of the deal is undisclosed.

Latvian e-commerce platform and producer of print-on-demand items Printful   acquired  US-based company Snow Commerce , which designs and runs the e-commerce presence for such brands as Paramount, Warner Bros. Discovery, and NBCUniversal.

Estonian recruitment company for remote talent MeetFrank   acquired  a salary data application Compensation .

  Mapon Estonia, a subsidiary of Latvian Mapon (developer of fleet management technologies and part of an international association of IT companies Draugiem Group), buys  Estonian telematics company CarCops . The deal will be completed in June.

Estonian business text messaging service TextMagic   acquires  100% of Estonian website building platform Voog  for €1,1M. TextMagic purchased stakes of 16 shareholders. Some of them are current employees, who had just received shares through the stock option program. The other shareholders are co-founders of Voog, Tõnu Runnel, Märt Kelder, Priit Haamer, Toivo Annus, and CEO Henn Runnel. The deal will come into force on June 1, 2023.

Baltic private equity fund BaltCap acquired a majority stake in Tallinn-based automation services provider Hansab . The amount of the deal is not disclosed. 

Estonian equity funding and trading platform Funderbeam sold a majority stake to Irish-based venture private equity group VentureWave. Existing backers, such as Estonian founder and CEO of Funderbeam Kaidi Ruusalepp, Japanese VC Mistletoe, and US early-stage VC Draper Associates, also invested in Funderbeam. The total amount of the deal estimates at €36M. Other previous shareholders, for example, Estonian accelerator and venture fund Startup Wise Guys, did not exit the company. 

Lithuanian software developer company TeleSoftas  acquired German mobile application kurts toolbox , which focuses on the B2C rental of tools. Earlier, TeleSoftas was cooperating in the development of the tool rental system kurts toolbox.

Estonian-US startup Snackable.ai was acquired by the e-commerce platform Amazon. The deal was closed in December 2023. With the acquisition, Estonian venture funds Tera Ventures, Superangel, and founder of Skype Jaan Tallinn exited from Snackable.ai. They participated in Snackable’s seed round of investments in 2019. The total amount of financing in that round was €1,27M.

Estonian transportation platform Forus International acquires  Estonian car-sharing service Autolevi . The amount of the deal is undisclosed.

Abu Dhabi-based technology and defense group EDGE Group PJSC , which manufactures waterborne and land vehicles, autonomous systems, cybersecurity solutions, and other defense equipment, acquired a majority stake in the Estonian defense solutions provider of robotics and autonomous system robotics Milrem Robotics .

Estonian Kõu Mobility group, which is a parent company of Comodule (iOT solutions for bicycles and scooters), a scooter rental service Tuul and an electric scooter Äike, acquires a 51% stake in Estonian manufacturer of electric bicycles Ampler Bikes .

Estonian crypto exchange Coinmetro acquires Estonian blockchain-based social fundraising Platform Ignium . The amount of the deal is €4M.

Latvian cloud service for TV content delivering Veset  has been acquired by media company Play, a subsidiary of Japanese TV operator Nippon. The amount of the deal is undisclosed.

US IaaS (type of cloud provider) and Bare Metal Cloud provider Hivelocity   acquired  network infrastructure solutions and cloud provider Heficed  founded by Lithuanians Andrius Kazlauskas and Vincentas Grinius.
