Canadian Enghouse Systems acquires Lithuanian Trafi

Canadian software company Enghouse Systems has acquired Lithuanian mobility services platform Trafi . This is an exit for Lithuanian Practica Capital , Estonian BaltCap , British Octopus Investments and European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).

Estonian Startup Wise Guys exits from Ukrainian AI startup BotsCrew

Estonian Startup Wise Guys  has exited Ukrainian company BotsCrew , which develops chatbots for business. The controlling stake in the AI startup was acquired by the US company CourtAvenue . The founders did not disclose the value of the deal.

Israeli company Optimove acquires Estonian startup Adact

Israeli marketing software company Optimove has become the new owner of Estonian startup Adact . This is an exit for Estonian Business Angel Network  and Startup Wise Guys , which invested about $240K in Adact in several rounds. 

Latvian BADideas.fund exits Swiss startup RoomPriceGenie

Riga-based venture capital BADideas.fund said it has exited Swiss startup RoomPriceGenie , in which it invested €170K in 2023. This is the first exit for the Latvian fund, which came as a result of the startup raising $75M from an American company Five Elms Capital.

Swedish lending company Clar   has acquired an Estonian fintech startup Fiizy . This is an exit for Nordic Secondary Fund , which invested in Fiizy in 2021. 

Estonian startup Parcelsea sells to Ukrainian company Jetbeep

  Parcelsea , a developer of parcel vending machines and smart mailboxes, has sold its business to Ukrainian company Jetbeep. As a result of the deal, Jetbeep will receive the startup's intellectual property and customer contracts, while the Parcelsea team will join the new owner. 

Estonian startup Modash acquires CRM platform Promoty

The deal is an exit for Lithuanian Coinvest Capital , Estonian Startup Wise Guys and several business angels.

Estonian accelerator Startup Wise Guys has exited from the US AI-powered solution Elai.io , which allows users to convert text to video. Elai.io has been acquired by the US educational video platform Panopto . Details of the deal were not disclosed.

Practica Capital exits Lithuanian medtech Softneta

Lithuania's Practica Capital has exited Lithuanian medtech Softneta , in which it invested €1M in 2016. Softneta has become part of a group of healthcare IT companies in a portfolio of funds advised by investor Bregal Unternehmerkapital. As part of the deal, MedDream, a Softneta portfolio company that develops medical devices for processing, visualizing, and transmitting diagnostic medical data, has been spun off to form MedDream UAB.

Estonian AI-powered HR platform Wisnio  has been acquired by Swedish talent assessment company Assessio Group. The acquisition represents an exit for Wisnio's early investors from Estonia: Siena Secondary Fund , Spring Capital ,  Startup Wise Guys , and Metaplanet . According to public sources, Startup Wise Guys invested in Wisnio in 2016, Metaplanet invested in 2019 and Spring Capital in 2021.

Estonian fintech Paywerk was acquired by Swedish banking group Swedbank

Tallinn-based fintech Paywerk   has been acquired by Swedish banking group Swedbank, which will integrate Paywerk's technology into its infrastructure. Details of the deal have not been disclosed. After the deal is complete, the startup's executives (Jan Andresoo, Priit Poldoja, Raino Parona, and Marko Varika) will no longer work at Paywerk's management and supervisory boards.

Majority stake in wellness marketplace Stebby was acquired by French company Up Group

The majority stake in Estonian wellness marketplace Stebby   has been acquired by French payment solutions company Up Group. The previous majority owner was a Riga-based private equity fund Livonia Partners, which owned 50% of Stebby. The company's current management will continue working in the company with Up Group.

70V exits Lithuanian accounting services provider RoboLabs

Lithuanian fund 70V has exited from the Lithuanian accounting services provider and business management system for small and medium-sized enterprises RoboLabs . The startup's new owner is a Norwegian serial acquirer of business software company Hawk Infinity.
