According to new data published by Invest Lithuania, the national investment attraction agency, the number of fintech companies operating in Lithuania in 2025 has reached 282. This is a 2% increase compared to the same period last year, when 276 fintech companies were operating in the country.

Lithuanian education company Bbright will participate in the Grow AI Accelerator program funded by Google.org.

MyDello, an Estonian startup digitizing the logistics sector, has announced a major expansion, entering the markets of Norway, Finland, Denmark, the Netherlands, Poland and Germany.

Estonian company GScan has raised €2.8M. Among the company's investors was Estonian Ivard OÜ, whose largest shareholder is Peeter Mand, founder of Sylvester and Eften Capital, who contributed almost €1M. GScan CEO Marek Helm invested in the company €300K.

Ten startups have entered the defence technology pre-accelerator, the programme of which is being implemented by the Startup Incubator Tehnopol and the Tartu Science Park Sparkup . 

Lithuanian company Dancer Group , which includes subsidiaries Vėjo projektai and Elektrinio transport sistemos, has declared bankruptcy.

Estonian startup Esgrid   has raised €400K  in a new round of funding led by venture capital firm 2C Ventures . Other investors include companies that have previously invested in the startup: Lemonade Stand , Startup Wise Guys , and Copenhagen-based Greenco Ventures.
