Lithuanian AI startup Sintra raises €14.9M

Lithuanian artificial intelligence startup Sintra has raised €14.9M in a Seed round. The round was organized by Earlybird VC with participation of Inovo, Practica Capital and renowned business angels Mantas Mikuckas from Vinted and Einaras von Gravrock from Cast AI. Sintra will use the raised funds to further develop its products and expand its development and engineering team.

Sintra is an AI startup founded in Lithuania in 2023 by Kris Sidlauskas, Rokas Judickas and Vasaris Kaveckas. The company develops solutions based on artificial intelligence and creates AI agents that help small and medium-sized businesses in marketing, sales, strategy, and recruitment. Sintra currently serves more than 40K clients from over 100 countries.

Earlybird VC is a company that specializes in investing in early-stage startups. It works in such sectors as technology, medical technology, and fintech. The company was founded in Germany in 1997. Founders: Christian Nagel, Hendrik Brandis, Roland Manger, Rolf Mathies.

Inovo Venture Partners is a venture capital fund founded in 2011 and based in Warsaw, Poland. It specializes in investments in startups at pre-seed, seed and Series A stages, focusing on technology companies in Central and Eastern Europe.

Practica Capital is a venture capital company that primarily supports technology startups in the Baltic States, providing them with practical assistance at all stages of development. The fund was founded in Lithuania in 2011.

The round was led by venture funds Activate Capital and S2G , with participation from Carbon Equity and Overlap Holdings . Aerones' existing investors also participated in the investment round.
