Lithuanian Copla raises €6M in Series A
Lithuanian RegTech startup Copla has raised €6M in Series A. The round was led by Iron Wolf Capital, with participation from Operator Stack Fund and existing investors Specialist VC, Superhero Capital, NGL Ventures, Loggerhead Partners, and FIRSTPICK.
Copla is a RegTech company that helps licensed financial services providers manage cybersecurity and operational compliance in real time. Founded in 2023 by Aurimas Bakas, Andrius Minkevičius, and Nojus Bendoraitis, the platform translates complex regulatory frameworks into guided workflows, replacing manual processes with continuous, audit-ready operations. The startup's headquarters are located in Vilnius, Lithuania.
Founded in 2018, Iron Wolf Capital is a Vilnius-based early-stage VC, that focuses on investment in AI, IoT, SaaS, Deeptech, Fintech startups, and marketplaces. The initial ticket ranges from €250K to €2M. The founding partners are Kasparas Jurgelionis, Viktoras Jucikas and Zygimantas Susnys.
Specialist VC is a venture capital fund supporting companies from the Baltic region, Finland, and Ukraine. Usually, it starts financing from €250K. The fund started its work in Tallinn in 2017. At the beginning of 2022, Specialist VC launched a new €50M, which gets support from Estonian LHV pension funds and the European Investment Fund through the European Guarantee Fund and the Baltic Innovation Fund 2. The founding partners are Riivo Anton and Gerri Kodres.

NGL Ventures was founded in April 2024 in Lithuania by former LitBAN Managing Director Justinas Pasys and Ieva Dargyte-Pasiene as a family business. There are 92 members in the network. NGL has placed eight advisory board members in four startups.
Firstpick is a venture capital firm and accelerator founded by the former team of the Estonian accelerator StartupWiseGuys, which operated in Lithuania. The company invests in Lithuanian-based startups in a wide range of sectors, from enterprise applications to consumer and retail. The partners of Firstpick are Jone Vaituleviciute, Marijus Andrijauskas, Andra Bagdonaite.
