Estonian venture capital firm Yolo Investments launches its second €100M fund

Estonian venture capital firm Yolo Investments launches a €100M Yolo Fund II L.P for investing in online gaming, blockchain, fintech, and renewable energies. The company will continue back to startups from around the world of A+ stages. In total, Yolo Investments plans to invest in 20-30 ventures. Considering the fund's size and investment amount, the average ticket per startup will range from €3M to €5M.

Yolo Fund II L.P. is structured as a Guernsey-registered (the UK) limited partnership and is licensed by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission (GFSC). The fund's investment manager will be Yolo GP Limited.

Launched in 2019, the first fund backed over 100 startups with a total market value of the investments (AUM) above €600M, with an IRR (internal return rate) exceeding 40%. 

Founded in Estonia by Tim Heath in 2017, Yolo Investments is a venture capital firm, focused on seed- and A-stage investment across gaming and fintech. Tim Heath specializes in the iGaming industry. He is also a founder and a Board Member of the Yolo Group, which operates gaming brands such as bitcasino.io and sportsbet.io. In 2023, Yolo Investments backed the US art streaming service Loupe and Israeli gaming company Fanton.
