New Nordic Ventures invests in a US platform for brokerage companies and real estate agents Agently

Riga-based investment firm New Nordic Ventures backed a US AI-powered training platform for brokerage companies and real estate teams Agently. The amount of the round is undisclosed.

Founded in San Jose (US) in 2021 by Maxim Grebenuk, Dmitry Serkin, and Jaime Resendiz, Agently helps brokerage companies and real estate teams to get on board new agents faster, assisting them with training, accountability, and retention in the new location. The Agently platform empowers real estate agents with personalized knowledge, guidance, and tools to help them close more deals. The company recently won its first anchor brokerage client with 4K agents.

Although the platform is aimed at brokers and individual agents, in the future it can be used as a training platform for sales teams in non-real estate industries.

Founded in 2021 by Dmitry Saikovsky and Kirill Jurzditsky, New Nordic Ventures supports seed-stage B2B software startups from the CIS or CEE regions. The investment company can provide up to €1,5M in follow-on rounds as a lead investor or co-investor.
