Trind Ventures invests again in short-term rental management platform Your.Rentals

Estonian Trind Ventures has again invested in Danish service for owners and managers of short-term rental properties Your.Rentals. The total amount of the deal, in which other existing investors also participated, was 1.7M euros.

Founded in 2016 by Andrew Martin and Klavs Pedersen, Your.Rentals has developed a platform that allows owners and managers of short-term rental properties to automate business processes. The startup's solution helps control marketing, bookings, operations, and payments on one platform. The platform syncs with more than 50 channels, including Booking.com, Airbnb, TripAdvisor, Expedia, Vrbo, and Hotels.com, allowing the owner or manager to manage reservations through a single login across all channels.

The owner sets the price for booking a property, and Your.Rentals manages the price for the guest. Once the booking is complete, the service deducts the service fee and channel fee from the guest and sends the payment to the customer.

The company has recently introduced new features to improve guest communication and booking management. For example, the startup’s technology makes it possible to send messages to guests across most channels from a single inbox, automate repetitive guest service tasks with scheduled messages, and collect and respond to guest reviews across most channels.

Trind Ventures invested in the startup in a €2,7M round in 2023. Your.Rentals has offices in Sweden and Vietnam.

Trind Ventures is an early-stage venture fund with an initial ticket of €0.1M-€1M, and follow-on investments of up to €5M per company. The partners are Joel Aasmäe, Ivar Siimar, Kimmo Irpola, Taavi Lepmets, and Reima Linnanvirta.
