Lithuanian The Nter Asset Management acquires 80% stake in Orion Leasing

Lithuanian The Nter Asset Management, through its Alternative lenders and private equity fund, has acquired 80% of Lithuanian technology company Orion Leasing for €2.5M.

Founded in 2021 by Lithuanian investors from the Lithuanian investment banking firm Orion Securities and a former founder and head of UniCredit Leasing in Lithuania Laimonas Belickas, Orion Leasing focuses on providing leasing services for equipment in such industries as agriculture, healthcare, trade, renewable energy, mechanical engineering, transport, and information technology. Orion Leasing's portfolio currently amounts to almost €20M. The company has concluded more than 1,1K lease agreements for business clients. 

Orion Leasing is financed by private investors, and Lithuanian banks, and also uses €52M from the European Investment Fund. The company operates in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia.

Founded in 2020 and registered in Vilnius, Nter Asset Management manages a private debt portfolio of about €50M. Last year, it established the Alternative lenders and fintech private equity fund to invest in the capital of various alternative financial companies, consolidate and develop alternative financial companies, and achieve a total value of the fund's portfolios of €300M-€500M.
