Startup Wise Guys exits Italian delivery management solution Deliverart

Estonian accelerator and fund Startup Wise Guys has exited the Italian delivery management solution Deliverart. The startup’s new shareholder is the Italian company TeamSystem which develops digital business management solutions.

According to Startup Wise Guys, this was a successful investment for them. The fund invested €82.5K in Deliverart during the third batch, hold by accelerator in Milan in 2022.

Founded in Rome in 2019 by Bryan Natavio, Eleonora Bove, and Damiano-Ciarla, Deliverart developed cloud software for restaurateurs, which aggregates all delivery orders from website, app, phone, and delivery app in one platform. This solution can integrate with other management software, platforms, and food delivery services, such as WooCommerce, Nexi XPay, Just Eat, Glovo, Deliveroo, and others. Deliverart helps optimize delivery routes and track deliveries via GPS and real-time updates. It can also show delivery statistics, order history, courier performance, best-selling products, most loyal customers, and others. The company also provides an e-commerce site and application from which customers can order products and services. After the deal, Deliverart will enhance its solution and develop new features. It will also introduce new technologies soon, expanding integrations with leading food delivery platforms.

TeamSystem develops and distributes software for business management for SMEs and professional firms (accountants, labor consultants, and lawyers). The company offers training and professional updates for accountants, labor consultants, tax consultants, corporate administration managers, and lawyers.

In 2023, the company gained a turnover of €851M, with direct offices serving more than 2M customers operating on its digital and cloud platforms.
