E-commerce design platform Printful merges with print-on-demand marketplace Printify

Latvian e-commerce design platform, known for creating clothing, accessories, and home goods Printful has merged with Latvian print-on-demand marketplace Printify. The merger is expected to be finalized in the coming weeks. Financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.

Following the merger, the companies will continue to operate as separate brands, offering a greater variety of products, a broader geographic reach, and enhanced order fulfillment solutions for customers of both platforms. Printful will provide customers with its in-house manufacturing capabilities, while Printify will utilize a network of over 85 third-party manufacturing partners across 117 locations.

The new, larger company will have a distinct name and will support the business plans of both Printful and Printify. Both CEOs, Alex Saltonstall from Printful and Anastasija Oleinika from Printify will remain in place, but changes to the management team are expected. The size of the team will also be different, as there will be some overlap between the two companies.
