Estonian Ampler Bikes secures €300K from Pipedrive co-founder Ragnar Sass

Estonian electric bicycle manufacturer Ampler Bikes has secured €300K from co-founder of Estonian unicorn Pipedrive Ragnar Sass. Kristjan Maruste, a co-founder of Kõu Mobility Group (which owns 66,9% of Ampler Bikes), made the announcement on Estonian equity funding and trading platform Funderbeam.

Founded in Tallinn in 2016 by Ardo Kaurit, Hannes Laar, and Rait Udumäe, Ampler Bikes designs, engineers, and assembles lightweight electric bikes in Estonia. The e-bikes can be connected to an Ampler application. The GPS location tracking can show the bike's location and travel history.
