Lithuanian startup Amberlo was acquired by stp.one
Lithuanian software manufacturer Amberlo has been acquired by European legaltech provider stp.one. It is an exit for Lithuanian venture capital firms Iron Wolf Capital and 70V и Polish Next Road Ventures, Corvus Ventures, which invested $1.2M in Amberlo in 2021.
Amberlo is a Lithuanian AI-based legal practice management platform founded in 2017 that helps simplify workflows in law firms and thereby increase their productivity. The company has offices in Lithuania and Ireland and serves over 1K clients. Amberlo's co-founders are Aidas Kavalis and Erika Kavalis.
stp.one is a German-based provider of innovative software solutions for law firms, legal departments and bankruptcy administrators. The company was founded in 1993 and was then called Suikat-Thies + Partner GmbH. The headquarters of stp.one are located in Germany.
