Estonian companies Bondora and Tuum cooperate to create a unified cloud platform
Consumer credit provider Bondora has begun working with banking platform Tuum to create a fully licensed digital bank and modernize its operations in EU markets.
All these areas will be presented on a single cloud platform, will be deployed in the AWS public cloud. This will enable Bondora to meet regulatory requirements in areas such as business continuity, security and operational resilience.
Founded in Tallinn in 2019 by Jan Lakspere, Ove Kreison, Rivo Uibo and Vilve Vene, Tuum's platform enables financial service providers (banks, fintech startups and other financial institutions) to introduce new credit products, new payment options or new banking core to their customers or perform legacy migrations in a short period of time. The startup has offices in Tallinn, Berlin, and Malaga.
