Estonian AI design startup Flowstep raises $2.6M

Estonian design startup Flowstep has received $2.6M in Seed funding. Supernode Global led the funding with participation of Adesso Ventures, Angel Invest, Dnipro VC, Iron Wolf Capital, Tera Ventures, Specialist VC and business angel Anton Borzov.

Flowstep is a startup founded in 2023 in Tallinn, Estonia that offers an artificial intelligence-based platform for designers. According to the developers, using the platform eliminates delays in the early stages of design, helping creators develop products with a focus on user experience. The founders of Flowstep are Kaarel Roben, Matt Clannachan, Sami Nieminen and Svyatoslav Polishchuk.

Supernode Global is a venture capital fund that invests in the intersection of content and technology in the digital content ecosystem. Founded in 2020 and headquartered in London, UK.

Angel Invest is an independent professional platform that connects early stage startups with investors. The Angel Invest platform was founded in 2018 in Berlin, Germany. The founders of the organization are Jens Lapinski and Oliver Clasen.

Dnipro VC is a venture capital fund focusing on artificial intelligence and cybersecurity. Founders: Marianna Bonechi, Mikola (Nick) Bilogorsky. The foundation is headquartered in the United States.

Founded in 2018, Iron Wolf Capital is a Vilnius-based early-stage VC, that focuses on investment in AI, IoT, SaaS, Deeptech, Fintech startups, and marketplaces. The initial ticket ranges from €250K to €2M. The founding partners are Kasparas Jurgelionis, Viktoras Jucikas and Zygimantas Susnys.

Tera Ventures is an international investment firm based in Estonia. The founding partners are Andrus Oks and Stanislav Ivanov. Tera Ventures invests out of €45M second fund in startups from the Baltics, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Poland, and the Czech Republic.

Founded in Tallinn in 2017, Specialist VC is a venture capital firm that supports companies from the Baltic region, Finland and Ukraine. In early 2022, Specialist VC launched a €50M fund, supported by the Estonian LHV pension fund and the European Investment Fund through the European Guarantee Fund and the Baltic Innovation Fund 2. Specialist VC's partners are Kaspar Hanni, Riivo Anton, Tõnu Esko, and Gerri Kodres.
