Estonian AI startup Pactum raises €47M in a Series C

Pactum, a developer of AI agents, has raised around €47M in a Series C, organized by Insight Partners.

According to Kaspar Korjuse, CEO of Pactum, this funding will allow the company to strengthen its market position and technologically enhance its AI agent portfolio.

Pactum is an Estonian startup specializing in artificial intelligence agents. The startup helps companies automate personalized commercial negotiations. Pactum's customers include, for example, Walmart, Maersk, Henkel, Wesco, Linde and other well-known brands. The company was founded in 2019 by Martin Rand, Kaspar Korjus and Kristjan Korjus.

Insight Partners is a venture capital and private equity firm that invests in high-growth technology, software and Internet businesses. The company is headquartered in New York with offices in London, Tel Aviv and Palo Alto. The company was founded in 1995 by Jeff Horing and Jerry Murdoch.
