Lithuanian company Oxylabs buys French ScrapingBee
Lithuanian Oxylab has bought French company ScrapingBee. The acquisition involved an undisclosed eight-figure sum.
Oxylabs Group plans to gradually integrate ScrapingBee into its ecosystem. At the same time, the French company will continue to operate as an independent organization, retaining its existing management and corporate identity.
Oxylabs is a technology company from Vilnius, Lithuania. It was founded in the Tesonet Accelerator in 2015. The founders are Tomas Okmanas and Eimantas Sabaliauskas. The company provides proxy services and tools for web data collection. For example, OxyCopilot is an artificial intelligence-based web scraping assistant that automatically generates query code and analysis instructions. In 2025, the company's pool of proxy servers reached 177M IP addresses.
