Lithuanian sports technology startup FPRO raises €2M from venture fund Tesonet

FPRO, a startup specializing in sports technology, has raised €2M from Lithuanian venture fund Tesonet. The raised funds will help the startup to expand the use of its smart technology solutions in youth soccer around the world.

FPRO is a sports technology startup that develops innovative solutions for teaching children soccer. In collaboration with UEFA-certified coaches and sports science experts, FPRO has developed an interactive app for children aged 6 to 12. The app is designed to improve technique, coordination and ball skills. FPRO was founded in 2019 in Lithuania. The founders are Ernestas Pilypas, Darius Jankauskas, and Vilius Petkevičius.

Founded in Vilnius in 2008 by co-founders of Lithuanian digital security and privacy solutions provider Nord Security Tom Ockman and Eimantas Sabaliauskas, Tesonet is an incubator and a venture company. In addition to investment, the company provides startups with expertise in marketing, and coding, can advise on how to turn an idea into a profitable business, and more.
