Estonian Creem raises €1.8M

Estonian fintech company Creem has raised €1.8M from Practica Capital and backed by Antler and leading business angels.

Creem is a company founded in 2024 in Estonia by two engineers Gabriel Ferraz and Alec Erasmus. The startup has created a financial infrastructure platform for SaaS companies and digital products business. It aims to simplify global transactions, especially for remote teams. The Creem platform automates financial processes (revenue allocation, tax accounting), offers real-time AI analytics and supports seamless delivery of digital products, including license key activation.

With the new investment, Creem intends to expand into new markets, enhance its compliance capabilities and improve its API for developers to introduce programmable financial processes in the next year and a half.

Practica Capital is a venture capital company that primarily supports technology startups in the Baltic States, providing them with practical assistance at all stages of development. The fund was founded in Lithuania in 2011.

Antler is a global venture capital firm that invests in early-stage technology companies. It was founded in 2017 in Singapore. Antler's Swedish division invests in startups based in Estonia, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. Antler offers entrepreneurs a 12-week accelerator program where they can form teams and build startups.
