In Q2 2025, salaries in Lithuanian startups reach €4.6K per month
Salaries in Lithuanian startups increased significantly in the second quarter of 2025, exceeding €4.6К per month, according to data from the association Unicorns Lithuania.
The largest salaries are paid to its employees by Game Insight, which is currently undergoing a lawsuit in a Russian court over salaries paid to employees of its Russian division.

- Game Insight - €55.95K (+497% compared to Q1 2025)
- Wargaming - €12,19K (+111%)
- Planner 5D - €10,33K (+25%)
- Payhawk - €9,90K (+3%)
- Stock Invest.us - €8,56K (-4 %)
Currently, the Lithuanian startup sector employs 19,5K specialists, which is almost 5% more than in the same period last year (18,6K specialists). The top three startups employing the most people in Lithuania remained the same compared to last year: Vinted (1,562), Nord Security (1,349) and Wargaming (770).
In the second quarter of this year, startups paid €152M in taxes, 16% more than in the previous quarter (€131.2M). Binance paid the most taxes in the second quarter.
