Lithuanian Codigi buys IT startup Aicore

Lithuanian company Codigi has bought Aicore, a  specializing in AI and IT services for the manufacturing sector. The two companies have been working together for a year, and the merger will allow Codigi to integrate Aicore's solutions into its platform.

Aicore is a startup that provides AI and IT services for the manufacturing sector. The company was founded in Vilnius, Lithuania, in 2024.

Codigi is a software development company founded in Lithuania in 2019. The company deals with corporate security and infrastructure issues, as well as the implementation of customized IT solutions. Most of Codigi's clients are companies in the financial and banking sectors. Vaidas Mileikis is the CEO of the Lithuanian company Codigi.
