Lithuanian SpringWater invests in Romanian FirstPromoter

Lithuanian SpringWater has announced its official launch and first investment in Romanian company FirstPromoter.

Investment company SpringWater was founded in Lithuania by Arnas Stuopelis, co-founder and chairman of the board of directors at Hostinger. SpringWater focuses on product-oriented SaaS companies around the world with revenues ranging from €1M to €10M per year that have the potential to become global leaders in their category. The company's CEO is Justas Paulauskas.

FirstPromoter is a Romanian company founded in 2016 by Virgil Cioaca. The company provides an affiliate marketing platform for subscription-based businesses, supporting the affiliate programs of over 2,000 SaaS companies worldwide.
