Tallinn-based eID Easy raises €2.4M

Tallinn-based eID Easy, a company that develops digital signature applications, announced that it has raised €2.4M in a seed round. The round was led by DeepIE Ventures with participation from Boole Investment Syndicate and other existing investors.

As part of this phase, eID Easy relocated from Estonia to Ireland, establishing Renmore eMethods Ltd as its new holding company.

The company's goal is to simplify and secure the implementation of eID authentication and electronic signature methods for companies around the world. The eID Easy platform is currently used in various industries, including banking, HR technology, law, healthcare, insurance, and the public sector. eID Easy was founded in 2016 in Tallinn, Estonia. The funding will be used to expand the team across Europe and invest in product development and sales.

DeepIE Ventures is a venture capital firm founded in 2021 and based in Cork, Ireland. The company invests in early-stage technology startups.

Boole Investment Syndicate is a group of investors from Cork, Ireland, which has been investing in promising startups since 2013. The syndicate focuses on investments in the healthcare, medical devices, and biotechnology sectors, with a geographical focus on Ireland and the United States.
