Latvian BADideas.fund invests in Polish Juo


Latvian BADideas.fund has invested in Polish technology startup Juo. Other participants in the €4 million round included Market One Capital, Peak, SMOK Ventures, FJ Labs, and Lakestar.

Juo is a Polish startup developing subscription technology for physical products. The company provides a complete set of tools for developing, launching, and managing subscription models for a wide range of physical goods: from simple regular orders, such as food supplements and cosmetics, to complex and expensive goods, such as household appliances or medical equipment. Since its launch in 2018, Juo has secured more than 500K active subscriptions for hundreds of customers in Europe and North America. Its customers include Pulse4all, Mother's Earth, Meowbox, Impossibrew, Boerschappen, Guud, Yummygums, and Natulim. The startup's founders are Leszek Zawadzki, Alina Prelicz, and Paweł Tatarczuk.
