Latvian company TestDevLab acquired by US-based Xoriant

Latvian company TestDevLab has become part of US-based Xoriant, a global provider of engineering and technology services.

Founded in Latvia in 2011, TestDevLab provides software testing and quality assurance services, including test automation, performance testing, audio and video testing, security testing, accessibility testing, and user experience testing. TestDevLab employs 500 specialists across Europe, mainly in the Baltic States and North Macedonia. The company's co-founders are Andrejs Frišfelds and Ervins Grīnfelds. After the merger with the American company Xoriant, they will remain co-directors, and the engineers will continue to work with existing clients and project teams.

Xoriant is a global engineering and technology services company. Its headquarters are located in Sunnyvale, California, USA. The company has offices in the US, Europe, and Asia. The company serves a variety of industries, including banking, financial services, high technology, healthcare, retail, and manufacturing.  Xoriant was founded in 1990.
