Estonian Vok Bikes announces partnership with French Renault Group

Estonian electric cargo bike manufacturer Vok Bikes and Renault Group are entering into a strategic partnership with the aim of launching mass production of the latest generation of Vok four-wheel electric bikes. Production will begin in early 2026 at the Renault Refactory plant in Flins, France.

A new production line near Paris, France, will enable Vok Bikes to expand production closer to key Western European markets, including the UK, France, and the Benelux countries.

Vok Bikes is a manufacturer of automotive-grade four-wheeled electric cargo bikes designed specifically for commercial use in dense urban areas. The company has also patented its proprietary 4Drive drivetrain system to improve ride quality. Vok bicycles are now used in 14 countries. The company cooperates with major companies such as IKEA. Vok Bikes was founded by Indrek Petjärv in Tallinn in 2019.

Renault is a French automotive manufacturer that produces passenger and commercial vehicles. It is part of the Renault–Nissan–Mitsubishi Alliance. Its headquarters are located in Boulogne-Billancourt, near Paris.
