Latvian Digmatix acquires Croatian company DignetSoftware

Latvian technology company Digmatix (formerly Digital Mind) has signed an agreement to acquire Croatian consulting company DignetSoftware. The transaction will be carried out in stages over the next two to three years. The cost of the transaction has not been disclosed.

The combination of resources and management processes will help DignetSoftware develop and scale its operations, while Digmatix will gain the opportunity to enter a new market and expand its presence in Europe.

Founded in Riga in 2005, Digmatix (formerly Digital Mind) is a leading provider of Microsoft business applications and IT solutions across Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), serving clients in more than 40 countries worldwide. DignetSoftware is an information technology company that provides software for various industries, including construction, pharmaceuticals, services, agriculture, distribution, oil, accounting, and fashion. The company was founded in 2010 in Novi Zagreb, Croatia.
