Latvian-founded Nodu raises 1.45M in pre-seed round
The Latvian-founded stablecoin infrastructure startup Nodu raised 1.45M in the pre-seed round from Digital Space Ventures. This funding will help Nodu expand its global reach, strengthen its engineering and regulatory compliance teams, and strengthen partnerships with banks and financial companies.
Nodu is a startup specializing in the infrastructure of stablecoins. The company was founded in 2025 by Latvians Alex Novozhenov, Vladislav Nikolayev and Daria Dubinina, the team that developed the Crassula fintech platform. Nodu's goal is to provide European financial institutions with stablecoin access solutions that meet MiCA requirements. Nodu is headquartered in London, but it has an office in Latvia.
Digital Space Ventures is an investment firm founded in 2015 and based in Luxembourg. The company specializes in providing capital for early-stage startups in financial services, data/AI, enterprise software, and decentralized technologies.
