Estonian Scoro acquires invoice management platform Envoice
Estonian company Scoro has acquired Envoice, an Estonian invoice and expense management platform. Envoice will continue to operate as an independent company and brand.
The deal should lead to a comprehensive solution that combines the two software products: all expenses recorded in accounting will be immediately reflected in company budgets. This will allow companies to monitor their profit indicators in real time.
