Estonian Yolo Investments invests in American Meld

Estonian Yolo Investments has invested in the American crypto company Meld. The $7M funding round was led by Lightspeed Faction. Other investors include F-Prime, and Scytale Digital.

Meld is a company that develops infrastructure for exchanging digital assets, enabling the integration of more than 150 fiat currencies with stablecoins and cryptocurrencies. The Meld platform is available in more than 180 countries. The company was founded in 2021. Meld’s headquarters are located in San Francisco, USA. The company’s founder and CEO is Pankaj Bengani.  

The new funding will allow Meld to expand into new markets and continue developing applications based on stablecoins.

Yolo Investments is a venture capital fund founded by Tim Heath in 2017 in Tallinn, Estonia. The company specializes in investments in new technologies: blockchain, decentralized finance, NFT, cryptocurrency projects.

Scytale Digital is a company engaged in digital asset management and investing in early-stage blockchain and cryptocurrency projects. It was founded in 2017. Its headquarters is located in the Cayman Islands.
