Latvian BADideas.fund invests in Danish Insurtech startup Frankly Insure

Latvian BADideas. fund invested in the Danish Insurtech startup Frankly Insure. The funding round took place in September 2025, but it became known only in January 2026. The amount of the investment was not disclosed.

Frankly Insure is a Danish insurtech company founded in 2021. The company is developing a digital insurance platform to improve customer engagement and distribute insurance solutions. For example, Frankly Insure offers a B2B2C model that integrates with various online and offline brands. The founders are Alexander Skjøth Piruli (CEO), Nicolai Arnholm-Nyström (COO), Ivar Sperling (CIO).

BADideas.fund is a Latvian fund, launched in April 2022. It focuses on pre-seed and seed-stage startups from Baltics and CEE region. The typical ticket size is €100K. The fund has more than 40 business angels, founders, executives, and employees of Bolt, Vimeo, Printify, PandaDoc, Pipedrive, and others.
