Lithuanian Chaseit implements voice AI agents in Eleving Group call centers

Latvian FinTech company Eleving Group has begun collaborating with Lithuanian startup Chaseit with the aim of introducing artificial intelligence (AI) voice agents in call centers.

Romania will be the first country where AI voice agents speaking the local language will be implemented in everyday work processes, explained Eleving Group CEO Modestas Sudnius.

Eleving Group was founded in Latvia in 2012 and operates in the auto and consumer lending sector. About two-thirds of the company's loan portfolio consists of secured car loans and lease financing (Mogo brand), and about one-third of the portfolio consists of unsecured consumer loans (Kredo and Tigo brands).

Eleving Group operates in 16 countries, with 53% of its portfolio in continental Europe, 34% in Africa, and 13% in the rest of the world. The company has headquarters in Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia, and a management structure in Luxembourg. Eleving Group shares are listed on the Frankfurt and Riga stock exchanges.

Chaseit develops AI-powered voice agents for financial services, automating call center operations. Chaseit was founded in 2025 in Lithuania.
