EstBAN invests up to €150,000 in Estonian ImpactPCB and Finnish LifeGlue
Estonian ImpactPCB and Finnish LifeGlue won the sTARTUp Pitching 2026 competition and received up to €150,000 from an angel syndicate led by the Estonian Business Angels Network (EstBAN). LifeGlue was also awarded up to €200,000 from BSV.
Another contestant, BabAI Orbital, received €10,000 in equity-free cash from Swedbank. Additional awards and support were granted to ImpactPCB, BabAI Orbital, Thistle, MindChip, EsaDres, Valvur, and Praktikal.
ImpactPCB is a company founded in 2020 in Tallinn, Estonia. The startup is developing a high-tech solution for processing electronic waste without the use of chemicals, allowing precious and critical metals to be extracted using dry mechanical processing.
LifeGlue Technologies, founded in 2024 in Finland, is developing a scalable platform for the production of biomaterials in the field of tissue engineering and regenerative medicine. The company's products include clinically compatible Glue4Life hydrogels and bio-dyes, which are used in regenerative medicine.
Founded in 2012, EstBAN is a syndicate organization of angel investors. The lead investors are Martin Gorosko and Mait Sooaru. EstBAN's members include Estonian Change Ventures and Tera Ventures, Lithuanian Practica Capital and Firstpick, Nordic Secondary Fund from Denmark, and others.
BSV Ventures (formerly Baltic Sandbox Ventures) is a venture capital fund specializing in investments in high technology, biotechnology and dual-use technologies in the Baltic States and the rest of Europe. The fund was founded by Sandra Golbreich, Andrius Milinavičius and Erik Bhullar in 2022 in Lithuania. Last year fund has raised $15M from NATO Innovation Fund (NIF), Lithuanian ILTE fund (ex-Invega). BSV Ventures has offices in Lithuania, Estonia and Finland.
