Estonian Karma Ventures has made a follow-on investment in the US-French cybersecurity startup BforeAI . The €13,9M Series A was led by US-based SYN Ventures, with participation from early investors Paris-based VC Karista, Spanish Addendum Capital, and new investment from the non-profit organization Partnership for New York City.

Riga-based platform for digitizing and delivering of bulk materials transportation Viangoo has secured €100K as a follow-on investment from state-owned development finance institution Altum. In March, Viangoo also achieved its highest monthly turnover to date – almost €400K. Last month, it also saw a record amount of cargo delivered in one day – 117.

Estonia to provide €8.5M for the construction of an industrial incubator in Narva

Estonia will invest €8,5M for the construction of an industrial incubator in Narva, Ida-Virumaa County with a total area of about 7K m². The investment, which will cover the design, construction, and equipment of the building, will be allocated from the European Union’s Just Transition Fund (JTF). The developer of the incubator will be the Ida-Viru Investment Agency Foundation (IVIA). Construction is expected to be completed by August 2026. 

LongeVC invests in longevity startup Rubedo Life Sciences

Latvian LongeVC has invested in the US biotech startup Rubedo Life Sciences , which developed a drug discovery platform that helps to identify and target cells that cause aging. The €37,3M Series A round was led by Californian Khosla Ventures and London-based Ahren Innovation Capital, with participation from Saudi Arabian non-profit organization Hevolution Foundation, California-based VC R42 Group, Houston-based Modi Ventures, Singaporean Cerigo Investments, Californian investment firms Shanda Group and Refactor Capital, Italian Angels for Growth, and others.
