Estonian Startup Wise Guys invested in Romanian startup Licenseware in a $1M round

Estonian Startup Wise Guys has invested in Romanian startup Licenseware in a $1M deal. The deal was closed in November 2022. The lead investor in the round was the Romanian venture capital firm Early Game Ventures. Other participants of the deal are Romanians Hellen's Rock, Roca X (a part of Impetum Group), Growceanu, Transylvania Angels Network, Fortech's investment arm and American Acequia Capital. 

The startup was launched in 2020. Originally built around Oracle software, the company provides enterprise software solutions as a startup develops an application ecosystem for managing software licenses.
