Latvian Joom is to sell its divisions in Russia and Belarus to a group of unnamed entrepreneurs

Latvian group of eсommerce and fintech companies Joom is selling its Russian and Belorusian divisions. The names of the new owners are not announced. The sale procedure will start in 2023. Russian and Belarusian users of Joom application and websites will be supported by Joom’s team in adjusting to the new structure and general rebrandings.

Joom was founded in June 2016 in Riga, Latvia. It has offices in Latvia, Berlin, China, Hong Kong, the USA, and Luxembourg. Company includes a cross-border platform for shopping from all over the world Joom.com. It offers goods from pet supplies to electronics. The sellers are from China, Korea, Turkey, Europe, and other countries.
