Lithuanian Iron Wolf Capital and Angel Fund invested in Norwegian proptech startup Speiz

Lithuanian venture companies Iron Wolf Capital and Angel Fund invested in Norwegian proptech startup Speiz. The startup landed €1.3M in a seed round led by German F-LOG Ventures. The raised money will help Speiz to develop a SaaS-enabled marketplace for commercial warehouse real estate in Norway and expand in Europe.

The Speiz platform enables warehouse owners to match with tenants. The company uses 3D technologies for previewing interior properties and offers all-digital UX for signing agreements.
