Founders of the Estonian top IT-companies donated over €200K to the Estonian political party Eesti 200 in 2022. Most of these donations were given in the last quarter of 2022.
The founder and CEO of Estonian tech company Nortal Priit Alamäe added an extra €25K in the last quarter of 2022 to his earlier donations of €20K in both the first and second quarters of 2022.
The founder of Estonian IT-company Helmes Jaan Pillesaar donated €25K in the last quarter of last year. Earlier in the second quarter of 2022 he donated €15K.
Owner of a venture firm Trigon Capital Joakim Helenius donated €25K in the third quarter of 2022.
Markus Villig and Martin Villig - founders of Estonian transportation platform Bolt each supported the party with €20K.
Co-founder at investment Plural Platform, founder of software company Teleport (acquired by Topia), former Skype executive Sten Tamkivi, Co-founder and CTO of a robotics company Starship, Skype co-founder Ahti Heinla and a money transfer service Wise founder Taavet Hinrikus also donated €20K each.
Also, the founder of online time tracking software Toggl Alari Aho, the co-founder of AI-powered customer service platform Klaus Martin Kõiva, the founder and CEO of RegTech Salv Taavi Tamkivi donated, and others.
