Lithuanian Oxipit has raised €3,5M from Taiwania Capital
Lithuanian startup developing AI solutions in radiology Oxipit has raised €3,5M from venture fund Taiwania Capital. These investments will increase the number of employees and customers and help the company grow.
In June 2021, it received €1,7M from Lithuanian funds Practica Capital and CoInvest Capital and a few business-angel investors. Now startup plans to attract, in total, €4,8M from Practica Capital and other investors in a few months.
Founded in Vilnius in 2017, Oxipit is a computer vision software startup specializing in medical imaging. Oxipit has a certification for using AI diagnostic capabilities in providing radiology reports without confirmation by the physician. The company has developed software ChestEye that collects radiology findings, localizes them on the given client radiograph, and provides automatic finding description.
In November 2022, Taiwania Capital invested €3,5M in Lithuanian startup Litilit, which develops next-generation lasers.
Based in Taiwan in 2017, the Taiwania Capital fund has $200M in capital. Last year it opened its office in Vilnius.
