Indirect evidence of deliberate bankruptcy of Russian subsidiary of Lithuanian Game Insight appeared

New indirect evidence of the deliberate bankruptcy of Russian Game Insight LLC (a subsidiary company of Lithuanian game company Game Insight Group UAB) appeared. They show that before the announcement of bankruptcy, there were attempts of withdrawing key employees, financial assets, and game core developments from the Russian subsidiary.

Earlier, the arbitration manager of Game Insight, the bankruptcy trustee Denis Kachura wanted to bring to subsidiary liability beneficiaries of a Russian company - Igor Matsanyuk, Mikhail Vintschel, and Grigory Finger. Currently, new names, who could control Game Insight, appeared in the list, such as Russian companies Data-Code LLC and Megicraft LLC, and Uzbekistan company Tsogen.

Before the bankruptcy announcement of Russian Game Insight LLC, Data-Code LLC, and Megicraft LLC started to hire Game Insight’s employees. The new staff was engaged in the development and support of the games published by the Russian company. Uzbekistan Tsogen transferred payments to Russian structures, according to a Russian newspaper. Ex-employee of Game Insight also said that in the summer of 2022, 171 people accepted a job offer at Data Code, and in September they were already fired. Later, they were offered to move to Uzbekistan to work for Tsogen and continue supporting games.

The experts think that the probability of bringing most of these accused people and companies to subsidiary liability is not great, due to the lack of legal ties to which the judges could draw attention. However, Magic Craft LLC has the signs of a company, controlling Russian Game Insight, as they had the same general director.
