Estonian software Allies sold 10% of the company to Finnish consulting company Reaktor

Tallinn-based software startup Allies sold 10% of the company to Finnish IT consulting company Reaktor. The deal was closed in March. The amount of the deal is undisclosed.

Allies provides software services companies with IT services and IT consulting. It gives access to a database of developers from Baltic and CEE software companies, and to a database with all deals from Nordic companies, tech, and public sector customers in order to choose and win better-paid and longer-lasting projects. Besides, the company provides tools like management of the internal CV database, talent allocation, resourcing, and sales through one platform. The company was founded in 2018 in Tallinn by Priit Pavelson and Ronald Uus.

With this deal, Allies hopes to expand into Finnish market. Besides, Allies joined Helsinki-based Fusion Ecosystem, which is an alliance of more than 30 companies accelerated by Reaktor. 

Reaktor develops software and helps companies start new business development and digital transformation of existing businesses. It has offices in Helsinki, New York, Amsterdam, Tokio, Lisbon, and others. The company was founded in 2000 and has 650 employees.
