Latvian HR startup Hyperjob raised €435K
Latvian HR startup Hyperjob raised €435K from Polish-US venture capital fund SMOK Ventures, co-founder and former CEO of Latvian print-on-demand drop shipping and fulfillment company Printful Dave Siksans, and Interactive's chief information technology officer at Estonian-US online casino and sports betting Rush Street Interactive Einar Roosileht. The names of other investors are undisclosed.
Hyperjob develops solutions to help companies find new talents, creating job vacancy websites, providing automated and personalized LinkedIn and email messages, and also AI-driven suggestions for suitable candidates. According to the company, its solution increases the involvement of qualified and suitable candidates for the position by up to six times.
Hyperjob will use financing for further product development, such as creating vacancy websites personalized for each candidate, AI-driven candidate search, and the opportunity to subscribe to the company's news. Besides, the startup plans to expand into the European and US markets.
Hyperjob was founded in Riga in 2021 by Jānis Kreils, Robert Tommes, and Jurs Sorokins. The company has piloted its offer in the Baltic States, German-speaking countries, Central and Eastern Europe, Great Britain, and the USA. Among the customers are German technology company Personio, Latvian provider of financial services SEB's global services center, Latvian on-demand supplement fulfillment Supliful, and others.
