Co-founder of software development company Avalanche Laboratory sold 49% of the business

Tarmo Renter, a co-founder of software development company Avalanche Laboratory, sold 49% of the business to Rain Kirjanen, the CEO of Avalanche. After the deal, Rain Kirjanen will be the only owner of the startup.

Tarmo Renter founded Avalanche Laboratory in Tallinn in 2017. It provides services for software development, like building complex info systems by creating their architecture, conducting business, and system analysis. The company builds BI (Business Intelligence) solutions, helping understand company analytical needs, find and cleanse required data, consolidate it, and provide reporting solutions to find hidden knowledge in data. Also, it helps customers from the banking sector if they need to migrate to the cloud, refactor (improve) the current Core, or build internet banking.

Avalanche Laboratory operates in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. Among the customers are banks Luminor (which operates in Baltic countries), Swedbank (which operates in Sweden and Baltic countries), Estonian transportation company Omniva, and others.
