Arno Kütt sold most of his shares in the Estonian developer of a parcel locker and robotic solutions Cleveron

Estonian entrepreneur Arno Kütt, founder of parcel locker and robotic solutions development and sales Cleveron and CEO of Clevon AS, manufacturing delivery driverless vehicle Clevon1, which last year went to the alternative stock exchange First North, sold most of his shares at Cleveron. At the same time, he doubled the amount of shares in Clevon AS. Arno Kütt owned a third of Cleveron's shares through his company Konna.

Cleveron was founded in Tallinn in 2007 by Arno Kütt. Cleveron was registered as a legal name, but initially, the company was called SmartPOST. Cleveron develops hardware and software for parcel lockers and other robotic solutions and provides training, support, and remote and on-site maintenance to its clients worldwide.

Clevon AS was established by Arno Kutt and Sander Sebastian Agur. It is Cleveron's spin-off, which started to operate as Cleveron's division in 2018. In 2022, it changed its name to Cleveron Mobility AS and became a separate company, developing CLEVON 1, an autonomous platform (driverless) vehicle for delivering goods.
