Estonian CRM platform for real estate agents RunProperty raised €450K. Tallinn-based consolidation group operating renewable energy plants, technology, and software companies, Olsson & Nielssen Nordic led this round. The company acquired 10% of the RunProperty for €240K. 

Also, Estonian angel syndicate FStage.vc, Tallinn-based Krokodilli Kapital, Swedish venture capital firm VNTRS, and angel investors from Estonia, the Netherlands, and Great Britain invested in this investment round.

RunProperty was founded in Tallinn in 2021 by Kristen Kannik. It is a CRM platform aimed at real estate agents. It is a personalized dashboard to manage relationships with customers. Real estate agents can track the journey of each buyer from the initial inquiry to the final sale. They can centralize their tasks, appointments, and deadlines in one place, and create, assign, and track tasks related to clients, properties, and transactions. The platform has a mobile application, in which it is possible to manage leads and collaborate with team members.

RunProperty will use the investment to grow sales and marketing activities. The company plans to expand into Latvia and Lithuania, and some major European countries.

Olsson & Nielssen Nordic is an investment group. It is active in the Baltic markets and Poland. Some of its group companies: Finestmedia, business consulting and software development services Finestcommerce, and others. The partner and CEO at Olsson & Nielssen Nordic is Priit Penjam.

FStage.vc is an angel syndicate, investing in pre-seed startups from the Nordics and Baltics. The fund was founded in Tallinn in 2021 by Jaano Inno and Mikk Orglaan. The initial ticket is usually €50K-€100K.

Tallin-based Krokodilli Kapital is a venture capital and business development firm investing in connectivity, sustainability, and fintech. The fund was established in 2021 by Mihkel Karu. Krokodilli Kapital is a fund member of EstBAN (the Estonian Business Angels Association).
