Ansi Arumeel became the new COO at Milrem Robotics

Ansi Arumeel will join the Estonian developer of unmanned vehicles and automated systems Milrem Robotics as a new Chief Operating Officer (COO) and a member of the Board. He will be responsible for organizational development and the efficiency of operations at Milrem. 

From 2021 to 2022, Ansi Arumeel worked as a deputy managing director at Polish automated parcel machine manufacturer Retail Robotics. At Retail Robotics he was focusing on the company’s strategy, for example, creating the environment for the talents to succeed. He worked with values and culture improvements, communication, KPI structure and visualizations, business development, etc.

Before Retail Robotics, Ansi Arumeel was a CEO at Estonian state-owned post and logistics company Omniva from 2018 to 2020. At Omniva, he was responsible for managing parcel business in the Baltic region, postal service business in Estonia, and, also, for network operations, such as delivery network, automated parcel terminals, outlets/post offices, customer service, etc. 

Arumeel has a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, and transportation technology from Tallinn University of Technology (TalTech) and a master's degree in management of transportation and logistics from the Swedish Chalmers University of Technology.
